I am having 5+years of experience in java, j2EE technologies and working for one of the top MNC in Bangalore. Currently I am working as a project lead for my team. I use to involve doing project architecture, gathering requirements, preparing documents and helping coding with my team members. I love to write logic's and programming in java. I worked in so many projects till now, that may help me to get into done this task.

I have 7+ years of experience in SharePoint/InfoPath/SSRS. Am working for MNC as Sr. Software Developer. we create the form to store the data in SharePoint. but its going to be the same if you are planning to store at some other location. based on submission, we can create workflows for approval as well Coming to your Project.., As you said, you have 26 fields. So, its impossible to create infopath form in 2-3 hours. though you can design it but at the backend , you have to write rules, have to create data connections to pull the data, have to check whether it will overwrite your existing forms or not, etc.., To create your project, I will quote 15 hours (atleast). Hello Poster, I am SharePoint Developer with over 10 years experience in SharePoint and XML forms. I have created very complex inforpath forms ( Eg : Purchase order systems , Client information management form , Leave or absence forms , Etc ) Most of my forms are with auto populating fields , I make forms easy use , less time to fill. Your request is pretty straight forward you want a data connection in a info path form to auto populate fields from what is choosen in drop down menu. I can do this in a hour maximum two hours. I will create this form before you awarding me the project.
