I need a plug-in to be developed with PHP coding

I need 2 Elementor widgets coded as a PHP PLUGIN that uses fields created from the Send SMS form that is created by the WP SMS plugin. https: /[login to view URL] Widget 1 would include the ability to send SMs & bulk sms using the form fields on the wp-sms plugin Widget 2 would have the Account balance and a standard elementor button (that we can define the link for) that we can use for recharging accounts by directing the link to our payment solution. I also have the pro version which I can supply if needed for development. Alternatively the plugin you create could simply add the extra fields to the current Elementor Pro Form plugin. NOTE: I need this done in php coding and wordpress plugin coding! And I do not need a website developed must be able to use PHP in order to create this plugin.
