My name is Orlando and I'm looking for an opportunity to work, grow and learn. I'm an audio engineer and music producer. I have experience recording, editing and mixing audio for different purposes (such as radio programs, radio spots, music, video spots, etc.) I worked on a TV/Radio station and that gave me a lot of skills that I could use and could be very helpful for this job. What I will give you as a client-friend: - Removal of ums and ahs, stutters, mistakes, long pauses. Fun fact: these words even sound awkward to me in real life now. Since editing podcasts for my clients, I am now used to such hearing that I would like people to talk flawlessly in daily-lives. - I remove the unwanted sounds without leaving an awkward sound since I fade-in and fade-out each noise smoothly without leaving a mark behind. - Then comes the normalization of the volumes. I keenly listen to each of the audio in order to bring out the words/dialogue which fades out in certain places. So I normalize the audio which suits perfectly the whole audio. I can help you with the edition you need for your podcast easily, but for it to sound better it doesn't need just edition, you need sound correction (removing background noises), Mixing (EQ, De-Esser, Compression, volume), and Mastering.
