Geotheme - Plugin for email confirmation link register users

I need a plugin for Geotheme wordpress when users register in my website it will send a email confirmation link and will validate. Email Validation ensure users are registering with valid email accounts by forcing them to click a validation link that’s sent out with their registration email. It has to work in Geotheme template. I have tried many plugin but it doesn't work with Geotheme. Please ensure that you have worked with Geotheme before you apply - I will not hire if you are not familiar.
