We have a Drupal installation that needs to be upgraded from 7.x to 8.3 My research has told me that there is a number of potential issues when this upgrade is done and we wish to minimize or eliminate problems by hiring someone who has done this upgrade many times over. Please do not bid on this job if you do not have previous expertise with upgrading Drupal We will require to TEST the upgraded version to insure things are not broken prior to the final milestone release.
