I have requirement for customized wordpress website which will need customized plugins to be developed for the Job.
Basically the project will start with
1) Patient Registration (can be manually or import list from excel file)
once this is entered patient will be sent to OPD section where there will be another user who can see number of patients registered for the day and will fill up the dignostic form.
2) Note: Even if the patient is diagnosed 2-3 days later his entry will still be on the date his name was registered in step [login to view URL] the OPD user will have access to only his [login to view URL] cannot change field which were inputted in registration process.(Fields will be visible but disabled)
3) In OPD we need to integrate one online service (repertary) any repertary will [login to view URL] will select symptoms in repertary and get a remedy / report on that [login to view URL] need to capture sereen shot of that report and integrate the same in our reporting of OPD
4) After OPD patient will go for medical dispensing where he will get medicine we will enter medicine name and he will get invoice with default price of xyz rupees
5) After OPD he can also go to admit room where there will be 3-4 departments who will then see his OPD report and admit him
6) When he will get discharged he will get some default bill set for number of day's he [login to view URL] 150 Rupees per day.
