Create a Lead Generation Website and Provide SEO Traffic (See Description)

Howdy, My name is Zack and I do online marketing and app development. I’m looking for an SEO and website development expert to create local niche websites that generate leads. Instead of building these sites for a flat fee, I’m going to be paying the developer per lead for passive income. Whenever a visitor submits a contact form or calls a special phone number we have setup, you will receive $10 USD (This amount depends on the niche and the amount I can negotiate with the business owner, overtime it may increase). I will be setting up contracts with local business owners to send those leads to and they will be the ones paying for that lead. Note, some free leads will need to be given out at the beginning to show the business owner the potential. You need to have experience in SEO, Wordpress development and lead generation. Seo tactics must be current and not spamming with thousands of backlinks. The keywords we will be targeting will be local long tail, with little competition. I will provide the Domain name (Either new or expired based on your strategy), Hosting, WordPress Theme (I use Divi), and setting up a call forwarding number. I will also be creating an app to go with the website and implementing app indexing which will help with more traffic and conversions. I will also run some Facebook, Adwords, and app install ads to increase conversions. You will be responsible for setting up the website, creating the content, keeping the content fresh, creating landing pages, social media (If part of your strategy), creating backlinks, and driving traffic to the website. An example of the potential income, if you had 5 websites that were generating 10 leads per month. That would be $500 USD of monthly passive income. It takes time build these sites up, but there can be an unlimited amount. This is a new project for me and will be adjusting details as we go along.
