Build a data driven Website to process car purchase enquiries

The finished project is a website that will allow users to select car model(s) from database and complete a form to submit to the website admin for further processing, essentially generating leads for a car sales business.
Install a Wordpress (simple 5 page, 4 static + 1 dynamic pages) website onto a Virtual Server (Frontend) website site that will display and process data using provided API.
The project consists of a 3 tier architecture. - Database - API - Client software (Admin interface + User Website)
The parser is already provided in Java and the API is configured to process the the data.
The finished website will allow the User to display and select car models of choice along with completing a form that will be used to generate sales leads for a car sales business.
