PA Needed - Room For Growth - Guaranteed Hours - Permanent Position

We are looking for a personal assistant to work guaranteed and consistent hours on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone to work a 3-6 hour day, Monday to Friday, (on occasion it may be required to work US Pacific Time PST).

Guaranteed hours means you can bill us for the time we've agreed upon every day, even if we don't have any work for you (although we will likely always have work for you).

The exact work times, and the length of the guaranteed work time are flexible.

Room for growth:

We are willing to pay $3 to $4.50 per hour starting, pay will increase in the future. As the Company grows the pay will increase.( bonuses will also be given on profitable months)

We are looking to eventually hire someone permanently in a full-time, 40 hour per week position. You will eventually move up in the company to a higher position and a new PA would take your place.

About us:

Flynn and Nate are entrepreneurs who currently have one off line and two online businesses. We are currently starting new SaaS businesses. You will learn a great deal about entrepreneurship, running a business, online marketing, sales and more.

Duties will include:

-General knowledge of WordPress (adding content, photos, plugins etc.)

-Internet research based on specific criteria

-Gathering contact information

-Data scraping

-Data entry

-Lead Generation

-Organizing information

-Sending emails on our behalf at specified dates and times

-Scheduling meetings

-Regular meetings with us over Skype and email

-Phone calls (following up, surveys)

-Hiring and managing other outsourcers

-Other business and non-business-related duties

We will provide very specific written or video instructions for all tasks.

If you do not have good written and spoken English, and are not comfortable making phone calls (over Skype or similar) then you should not apply for this position. We will provide Skype credit.
