Adsense Optimization to generate $30 per day

I have a blog about automotive which already receives around 4000-5000 visits per month according to web stats. Traffic is increasing every week as we add unique content and republish articles. The site blog is being optimised for the search engines from every aspect. I need someone to optimize the it for adsense to generate within the next 2 months 30 dollars per day. Site has already 12.000 pages indexed by Google and it will soon reach 25.000. The person that will take over needs to know about template customisation without compromising the blogs quality and functionality as revenue is not the only purpose it was built. Only 50% will be paid as initial milestone and all the rest only when I see results. Security is also very important. The site is being monitored and if anything happens the project will be cancelled right away and the site will have to be restored for free. A 10% bonus wil also be pad from the sites revenue, when the target revenue is reached.
