We need an experienced developer who has strong experience with making calls over plain telephone lines using a usb modem and Microsoft Windows [login to view URL] or other open source dialer software. We have a script written in Autoit that runs on Windows that can make/schedule calls using one modem. We need to either: - extend the script it to make "simultaneous parallel outbound calls" (don't need to chat on the calls or anything like that) identifying and using multiple usb modems on the same computer - preferred solution, or - not make any mods to the script and run multiple instances of the script on different Windows user accounts. One issue with either approach is that Windows doesn't allow multiple calls to be initiated saying another program is using the selected telephony device - a solution is needed for that. We also need to ensure the usb modem can work on Windows 10 including a little more error handling than what already exists (eg wait if line isn't available) - so far it has been running on Windows 7/Vista fine. A quick and short task of around half to one day for someone who has strong experience in this area. Can start project immediately. Ideal turnaround time - within a week. Ideally someone who has autoit experience - but if you are familiar with any language picking up autoit is pretty straightforward.
