Cant Access My User in Windows 10

Hello all, I've locked myself out of my windows 10 machine and need some help getting back in. I have access to the windows administrator profile and can see the user on the C drive but I can not login as them. I've tried using a program to remove the passwords but still no use. This problem needs to be resolved as soon as possible using TeamViewer or something similar. Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks :-) Scott
