I have experience in the creation and customization of quite a few online CRM packages including Salesforce, Zoho and Zendesk.
In order to complete this task for you I would, at a minimum, perform the following steps:
1. Create your Bitrix account if not already done and begin customisation of fields to mirror existing database that you identify as needed (assuming you don't want all of them.)
2. Either import your data from Access (presumably this is your source) to Bitrix using the preferred file format. If not I am able to manually input the data.
3. Cross check data in Bitrix against the original Access data to check for inconsistencies. This can occur during an import/export if the destination program believes there are differences in field names/formats etc - something I obviously avoid during the creation process but this is always something that needs to be checked.
4 Make any further customisations that you wish using the Bitrix interface ie Reports, Dashboards, Views etc. I'm happy to explain the differences if/when needed.
I live and work in the Australian time zone although if you are outside this I can adapt to some extent.
