Raffle tech for existing competition webssite

Hi Guys! We are a competition website and have been up and running since Friday. We installed a raffle plugin that has proved nothing but buggy and problematic. That said we would love our own tech built and be able to remove the plugin totally. This is what we NEED to happen....We have raffles set up as products within Woocommerce where a customer can buy a ticket for say £20 to win a car. As a ticket is bought (like any product within Woocommerce) the customer gets an email confirmation. The customer will also need to get their ticket numbers emailed to them on purchase. The tickets available need to reduce each time a ticket is purchased. Future customers also need to be able to see how many tickets are left for that raffle. At the end when there are no more tickets available then no one will be able to purchase tickets. Finally and most importantly when the raffle is over we must be able to download an excel form with all the ticket numbers and names so we can do a draw. So to reiterate we the coding to be able to do the following: 1. Work smoothly with Woocommerce/WordPress & Paytriot (or UK payment gateway) 2. Customer gets their ticket numbers on purchase of ticket 3. The amount of tickets left must be viewable with product info 4. The ticket amount reduces each time a customer has purchased. 5. We need to be able to download list of ticket holders at end of raffle. We'd love this tech to be bug-free and smooth so it works nicely with woomcommerce. We dont want to have to pay each time there needs a bug fixed so we want total package from start to finish and also support if there are any future bugs or conflictions. There will be plenty of future work as well as I have many clients. Your best price and quickest time please guys!
