osCommerce CRE Template

We are working on a software commerce site that will be geared specifically towards the home arcade market. We are very familiar with osCommerce and workings of it, all we need is a CRE compatible template we can drop right in and go. The template should be fun, have an old school arcade type feel (without violating any copyright laws), and be easy on the eyes. It would be great if you could provide a sample idea of what you have planned along with the bid. Cost won't be the only factor in the decision, it will mainly be based on design.
