I need an ebay listing template in xls form

I have a few xls and html template, both working fine on html, but when I copy into the ebay listing, it's not show up properly. I need someone has done ebay listing template before, know css, webdesign, and knowledge on xls or any relative knowledge to help me complete this job task. Assumed all the formula and coding is there, so if someone knows how to check and correct, should be pretty quick.
