My client is working with another client who is an SME that currently uses HubSpot Marketing, Salesforce and a web site base on a proprietary content management system (CMS). None of the systems is currently linked with the others.
They plan to simplify and improve their operations by:
• Moving to one marketing / sales / CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot Marketing with HubSpot Sales, or an equivalent product from another supplier)
• Moving the web site from the current CMS (which is owned by the consultants that currently manage the web site) to an industry-standard CMS (probably WordPress).
The Marketing Manager (who has responsibility for both the website site and HubSpot) is leaving the company on 17th July and there are concerns around continuity (especially for HubSpot).
