Their is a need for a domestic violence shelter. We have families that stay in abusive relationships because their is limited space in the shelters. The victim will stay with the abuser. We need a safe haven to house these families. A shelter is needed to facilitate, educated, rehabilitate and assist with other resources to reach the common goal to stop the cycle of violence in a safe environment.
