Create a new Front End for existing web application

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer & Designer/team to redo all of the frontend pages for our application. The frontend is separate from the backend of the application and uses various endpoints (which return JSON) to perform actions. The base of the frontend is written in Vue.js and has already been established (routes and components have been created, API calls configured). We would like to use Bootstrap for all of our pages/components. We do not have PSDs/wireframes/etc and these will be the responsibility of the freelancer we hire.
