We are an incorporated company newly established and we want to have our own website. We got the domain name www.asid-group.com. The website design is as follows:
1- The website is in Arabic and English- two pages.
2- Holds the basic sections of ( about us- the board of directors space- our projects- chat window for communications- stockholders space- managers and employees space- board of trustees space- the company news- and a chat window to submit projects’ documents)
3- The website must include a database of stockholders that could be connected to an internal server and bank accounts of both stockholders and the company to transfer money safely for buying stocks and for transferring dividends.
4- A video chat is preferable for meetings that include large number of company members.
5- Each stock sold should acquire an instant ID and printable document
6- Each stock holder should have a distinctive user name with an account ID that consists of a combination of first-last names and National ID last 4 digits
7- Online voting for the general boards is essential for all board of directors, board of trustees, and stockholders. Only head of board of directors (chairman) is able to submit topics to vote on- to the stockholders of members f the boards accounts. Voting is based on number of stocks the person owns, and gives a vote for each stock
8- Ability to add new company to the folders of the website is a must
9- Design is traditional with top folders and search panel, and should provide flexibility to add new folders as needed.
10- Flexibility of the designer to add new features in the future and do maintenance for agreed up-on fees separately.
