QR code campaigns

i need qr code campaigns website with report. need a qr code generator and scanner with website Master Admin 1) website for create login for user &profile (user details, subscription period User page.) 2) selection of no of user and scan place. 3) subscription box. 4) Master report User Page 1) create qr as per master admin approval limit. While qr code creation, scan time schedule as time selection like 9am, 10am, 10.15 etc required. (Each user will be assigned by area, scan time, Scan time will be like 11,12,1.30pm) 2) report page with filter of user, place, timing, missing scan 3) sms integration if scanning missed 4) If scan time skip also user can [login to view URL] time difference should reflect in report App 1) app login as per admin user & pass. 2) user remainder to scan the place. 3) each place 2 scan required In scan & out scan(Each user once login scan option icon with schedule as per time displayed Upcoming next schedule will be displayed) 4) if user scan other qr which not assigned to him, that warning ⚠ message need to display. 5)Once click on scan acknowledge tick symbol [login to view URL] that remarks with image need to take from camera . Once filled that out scan need to done. User page report 1) report filter by scheduled time vs missed scan 2) image report by user 3) sms if schedule skips as set by admin
