Hi, As per my understanding, to make decisions, we need to have following parameters, 1) Alternatives to pick 2) Criterias to put alternatives against each other 3) Risks associated with each alternative and its priority, probability of occuring and impact 4) Analysis of past / historical data against each alternative Based on this our automated decision could be predicted.
