Needed: New WordPress E-Commerce Site

#REQUIREMENTS: We need a new WordPress site built using the WP Online Store plugin ([login to view URL]). The new site should be a cross between the attached 2 websites (see [login to view URL]). The site will sell products and provide directions to physical store locations where products can also be purchased. 1.) The site needs to be fully functional on all mobile phone devices, i.e. Android OS, BlackBerry OS, iPhone OS / iOS, and Windows Mobile devices. 2.) The site should be integrated with Google Maps API. 3.) Customers should be able to access the site from their mobile phone and have their GPS location automatically captured so they can receive a list of the closest physical store locations (store names and addresses) where products sold on the site can also be purchased in stores across the USA. We will provide a spreadsheet listing all the store names and addresses. 4.) Store locations should also be searchable on the site by zip code and also directions to store locations should be provided on the site using the Google Maps API, when a customer clicks "Get Directions" after searching by zip code. Directions should be provided based on a customer's current location using the stored GPS coordinates that were captured when the customer first visited the site. 5.) The site should automatically calculate shipping costs for products based on customer's address. USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS shipping modules are available. 6.) The site should automatically track packages inside of customer accounts. 7.) The site should be integrated with PayPal Express and Google Merchant accounts. 8.) We need a form on the site that collects site visitor info (name, email, mobile number, hair care product needed) for specials, promos, coupons, etc. We need to a way to create a database of names, emails, mobile numbers for future marketing. So this type of information needs to be collected and stored in the admin panel for export to Excel. 9.) We also need 3 very different homepage graphic design mockups to choose from for this project. We will finalize one mockup before development begins. #TIMELINE TO COMPLETE (DUE DATE): 25 days #OUR FREELANCER TERMS: -Payment is thru FREELANCER milestones only. -Provider must submit samples of their best WordPress e-commerce work only, for priority consideration. We don't want a long list of sites you've developed, just your best WordPress e-commerce work from your portfolio. We also need to know you can complete the Google Maps API and GPS requirements above. Please provide any previous Google Maps API and GPS work from your portfolio also. -You must have experience building fully mobile compatible WordPress websites. -Absolutely no branding. -We have a 5 out of 5 feedback rating on Freelancer and we'd like to keep it that way, so please, serious and experienced bidders only.
