Create file manager webpage

I need a small page, written in ASPX, where I can upload files and others can download them. The frontend should look like this: [login to view URL] The backend should be done in ASPX (Windows based sever). If you work with database, use a Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 database. The project will be tested as following: - You page will be loaded on my shared test-server directory - I will create an new entry - I will upload my [login to view URL] (12MB) - The page automatically reads and safes properties like the file size, last modified file date, icon of application and show that after upload. - I will modify the entry description and title as well as the license option and set the download to "free". - I will safe the new entry - This entry now is visible on page. - I will download the item 10 times and the counter should count 10 downloads and show that. - After a time of 1 day, the original download link for this visitor is obsolet and for new download, visitor needs to click the download button again.
