Subscription based Financial website with social media, live chat and open sticky forum

I want to create a financial stock market based website. I want to create a site that allows visitors to become free or paid members. Of course if they pay they will get certain features than a non paying member. Members will be able to customize their profiles and have certain functionality. I will be writing a nightly and daily newsletter and will be the voice of the website created and require a customized template for the design of the email. The members will have their role on the website for mainly using it as a hub for posting their own content, commenting on my blog posts, and having an open forum that can censor certain words at will and have moderation rights. I need to have a subscription feature with payment feature and secure checkout , (I think I mean e commerce type site.) (((( will also wish to rank members based on their credability as a side feature that can be a nice cool design of stars or something as a ranking))))) <---- but this is kind of a side idea.
