355833 Youtube Cutouts

Hi, I need four nice looking youtube cutouts designed into my Joomla site. When the visitor clicks play on the viewer, the appropriate video would start. The screen shot can be generic nature scenery pictures (beaches, mountains, lakes, ocean). Above the video box, there would be a title of the video that I would be able to change. There would be the link for the video that I would also be able to change. I'm hoping this is a simple, fast project.
