Wordpress Design - repost

I have a wordpress theme designed and installed and require customization. I already have the logo and background to implement into the design and they are attached to this project. Design must be customized to look like: [login to view URL] . The menu: [login to view URL] The site content area and navigation area and look cohesive with logo and background. The design should look similar. Social network links should be removed!\r\n\r\nTHIS IS A GERMAN WEBSITE PROJECT!\r\n\r\nSite should include the following -\r\n2 Column design. Content area and right side navigation.\r\nVintage papers for content area and side navigation.\r\nNavigation and Category Headers preferably vintage styled banners.\r\nUnique search design function\r\nA forum link at the top navigation\r\nGoogle font installation with fonts of my choice\r\nDecorative blog post title, date and time\r\nRevisions until I am satisfied with the design\r\nMatching advertising banner and grab my button code. Banner size 150 x 150 px\r\nPSD layered source files as I need to also have a forum designed with the same theme.\r\nMust be installed\r\n\r\nBudget is $200 - $300 any bids exceeding that will be ignored. I will not release any milestone payments until I see the design and am 100% happy with it. I will not create a milestone payment more then $100 that will be released when I am happy with the design and I have the source files. Once I am happy I will create another milestone payment before installation. Once installed and everything is functioning properly I will release full payment. You will forfeit milestone payment if you exceed your completion timeframe by 3 days.\r\n\r\nPlease include portfolio work!
