Graphics & UI design for responsive dating site

I'm looking for a designer to assist me in the development of my dating site. I'm a developer myself (serial web entrepreneur for around 10 years) but need extra help in graphics design, UI design and frontend coding. The project includes the following technologies: - twitter bootstrap 3 (yes bootstrap THREE, it's still RC but I believe it's mature enough, and I want to adopt the mobile first approach right now. That's challenging, be ready for this) - responsive design and mobile first approach - HTML5 / CSS3 (performances and speed are a feature) - Compass / SASS (or lesscss if you can convince me :)) - jQuery I want you to be able to come up with UI/UX design, as well as graphics (pretty basic though, I'm a fan of flat UI) and be able to code the frontend. jQuery would be minimal in your job (I will handle all the logic, AJAX and such), the biggest technical part for you will be to code clean, well organised and maintainable HTML / CSS code. The approach will be mobile first. I'm open and passionate geek, like to discuss and debate about what are the sexiest technologies to get the job done, so if you think you can change my mind on the technologies employed, I will be more than happy to discuss it! This job will require you to work full time for the first weeks in order to redesign the whole interface of the site (real time chat, profiles, payment pages, many forms, search results...) and set up an evolutive and clean project (and actually also adapt to the current project structure). After that, I have many features in mind that I want to develop and roll out, so will probably need you to be able to work part time for the months after. I want to find a freelance who's able to follow my project on the long term, even if part time afterwards. Please, reply to this project with samples of your past work that demonstrate your skills in UI/UX design, graphics design and front end coding (preferably show-casting the technologies I cited above). I'm a French guy, I live in the Philippines, and I'm totally open to be working with any nationality living in any timezone, as long as you meet my requirements.
