Simple program to fetch data from a page to Google Spreadsheets

I need a simple code or program that can automatize data extraction from a page ([login to view URL]) to a Google spreadsheet, with minimal inconvenience. It is not a really complex task but I'd need it to work reliably. If we can work together harmoniously, I'm sure I'll have more work available for you in the future. On to the project.
