I need someone's advice, as I am currently using callrail to track calls, but need a more reliable service as I am having issues with their service. I need the service to provide: 1. I need to know the sources where the call is coming from 2. I need it to record all calls 3. i need the date and time when the call came in 4. I NEED IT TO TEXT ME WHEN A CALL COMES IN 5. I need it to text me when a form gets filled 6. I need it to be integrated into a form. The form will ask the customer if it wishes for us to call them, and if the customer says "yes" and clicks on the button, then it needs to place a call to the customer. 7. It should also have short code functionality 8. I need to label the numbers.
