We are looking for several German speaking - preferably native, but also with high level German without heavy accent - that will call consumer customer for short customer satisfaction calls. These are no cold calls, no sales. Actually, we are experiencing a high level of pleasant surprise for the extra care that the customers receive with our calls Each call usually does not take longer than 2, 3 minutes. The goal of each call is finding out if the customer is satisfied with order process and product, if there were any issues in the order process or with the product or its use. Problem cases will be escalated to trained staff, so you will not have to provide any spontaneous solutions.
The main shift is in the German time zone hours between 5pm and 8pm. We have shifts over the rest of the day, but these will only be available additional to the main shift. Primary requirement is a customer service personality, and of course, being comfortable approaching people you do not personally know. You should have a calm work environment, fast internet speed, and professional equipment to make internet based calls. Reliability and communications are essential personal treats.
