Create sample 10 minute audio interview from scratch

We need to create a sample audio file in the form of a two person interview. The subject of the interview is less important than that it is conducted between two native or near native level English speakers and that the audio quality is good. The total length of the interview should be about 10 minutes. The purpose of the interview is to show various ways in which audio can be transcribed. The audio file as well as the example transcripts will be displayed on our website and visible to the public. The participants, however, will remain totally anonymous. We can work to find an acceptable, politically neutral topic for the interview (how to create an optimal audio file, tips on how to play a popular video games, how audio production works, people describing their favorite Beatles songs, whatever...) and compose some questions. The interview should be extemporaneous and real and not based on a preexisting transcript so that we can capture natural speech with all the "hmm", "uh", and "you knows" that occur in normal speech patterns.
