I'm a local Australian (Male, Native English speaker). Happy to listen to the recording you have, and re-record with my voice. I have all the equipment required, and can turn into a format of your choosing. I'll note, if the original includes music, or isn't a straight voice recording (i.e. needs timing, overdub, etc), then that's more complex. If it's just a re-recording (not an overdub/Music), that should be fine to complete in 2-3 hours.
