Excel Compare 2 Columns and align matching data in same row

I have 3 columns of data Column 1 = Product ID (Main) Column 2 = Product ID (Extra) Column 3 = CategoryID Column 1 & 2 = Have the same set of numbers but some are missing from both. I need to compare Column 1 and Column 2 and put a blank row if they don't match. If number from Column 2 does not exist in Column 1, then don't the entire column 2 and column 3 row. Example Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 60 60 1 61 61 1 62 63 63 1 65 72 72 3 Please make sure the when you put a blank row in column 2 that column 3 also follows because Column 2 and Column 3 has to be in the same ROW. If you have questions please let me know, I'm not sure if I explain this correctly. I need this asap if you can show me you can do this today I will accept and pay.
