Convert animated GIF to Flash (7073)

This project involves converting an animated GIF to Flash. The reason this is necessary is because there are two "slides" on the GIF that need to need to link to different URLs. GIF will be provided along with the URLs. The winning bidder will need to provide a compiled Flash SWF along with the source FLA. See attached file for sample of graphic. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform N/A
