i have a website at [[url removed, login to view]][1]and i would like to add 2 pages called club Avatar and club Casino where members that have joined the site can create their own avatar toon and use the avatar to talk to other club members. It would be 2D toon figures. The background of the page should look like a stylish club atmosphere and the avatars look like they are in a virtual club.

the 2nd part of my request is that there be interactive areas within this club backdrop that the avatars can interact with.

The draft design I can attach to this request.

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
