We are looking for a virtual assistant to help assist our team. We will be looking for help running our CRM Platform (AgileCRM), Integrating our company into the CRM platform, sending emails, running campaigns, managing our Social Media, filing receipts, helping hiring other freelancers, managing freelancers, put reports together, organize our box account, keep us organized, etc. Must: Be fluent in English both verbal and written Have excellent written Grammar Be proficient with CRM systems Be highly organized Be a self starter and self motivated Be willing to work US hours Be creative and an out of the box thinker Be a doer (can not rely on me for every idea and detail) Be a leader and knows how to take charge Experience with Project Management Honest and trustworthy Experience in research and prospecting Preferences: Have healthcare background Have an investment background Have background with Design and Marketing ABOUT US: We are a Private Equity Fund of which we invest in the Medical Space, primarily looking at ways to improve cancer treatments utilizing precision medicine. I am able to work 6am to 5pm EST daily and a few hours on the weekends if required. I have experience with a number of different database / CRM programs. I have a digital marketing diploma and have previous worked as a social media manager. I have also project managed a startup online as well as 2 businesses from the ground up offline. I have more than 2 decades of business experience in all aspects including finance, administration, HR, sales, procurement and general management. I do not need to be micro-managed and with minimal guidance, I will be able to perform all functions without supervision.
