Hours per week: 10 to 15 hours per week Looking for a motivated virtual assistant, keen to get involved with our growing company and learn new skills. We want the freelancer to feel part of the company and we will take the time to introduce you to our business, our customers and our way of working. Starting with one month, we will then renew the agreement every month as long as we are happy with your service. The main tasks are as follows: - Webmaster: Mostly for Wordpress websites. Add and modify content, install and setup plugins, fix or investigate small bugs, take backups and upgrade. Make small changes to template files. Data Entry. - Customer managements: Get to know our customers and reply when necessary. - Keep in touch with us daily or every other day (via Skype or any other IM software) to build a good relationship. Skills required: - Very good written English and customer management by e-mail - Very good knowledge of Wordpress - Basic understanding of HTML + CSS - Basic image editing skills: resize, crop images, convert file type. - Willingness to learn and to take initiatives Please let us know why you think we should hire you and please detail your experience.
