I run a wholesaling real estate business. I need someone to be my virtual assistant and do things such as enter data into a CRM and Cold call for me and negotiate with sellers (preferably somebody with experience). Will need to know how to generate leads and do comps. Im looking for someone long term and that has the ability to close 1-2 deals monthly.
