Job Description Person/s required to log into my call recording platform and listen to calls. Upon listening to these calls they will be set a number (likely around 10) of select criteria the rep/salesman you are listening to is required to meet. You will check off met criteria when listening to the call. Also from the call you will identify the rep name. Each rep will have a different record. This data would then be collated for each rep over each period, likely per week/month. Then using this data a report would be generated to show the reps performance based on the criteria. Also a report created to show the teams/companies performance based on the criteria, also historic improvements/performance. With the recording software over time there will be more and more companies, each company will have it’s own set of criteria to be met and its own slightly different bespoke reporting. Also possible transcribing would be required, dependant on client’s wishes. The complete data would then be send periodically to the client for review. The process would in general be very simple and manual and the only requirement is good English skills and general data entry. The volume may start at 100 calls a month but the ceiling would be limitless as the company grows. One person would obviously be enough to start but the capacity to grow is needed. Call length would be company/case specific. I am interested to hear estimates of monthly costings on a per job basis to give me an idea of costs. For example. 200 calls of an average of 10min each. I have worked on listening to recording and doing transcriptions, so as I mentioned above, I will have no problem completing your tasks. I am also ready to learn and follow instructions. I am looking for a long term work relationship and I will work very hard, if you give me an opportunity. My bid is for 40 hrs of work per week and I will do as many calls as possible per hour. Hello Scott, I´ve read your job description carefully and I´m interested in your proposal. I have over 9 years experience working in Customer Service/Support for large companies on leading positions. I´ve performed the task you require before using AVAYA system to listen my team members calls in order to rank them but most important to help them improve their selling and customer service skills. These are the headlines for my proposal: 200 monthly calls (10 minutes each on average)- 36,66 hours/month - U$S294 (U$S8/hr.) -This includes the listening and ranking. Part-Time, 4 hours/day Monday to Friday - 80 hours/month (approx.) - U$S560 (U$S7/hr.) - This includes the listening and ranking, but also any other task required related to the job.
