Hello! First of all congratulations on making your business very successful. I am a veteran call center agent with over 9 years of experience with a C2 Level of English Grammar and Vocabulary. I worked from the bottom as an agent and was promoted as a QA & Workforce for both Bluestem Brands(Blair, Bedford Fair & Old Pueblo Traders) and 1-800-Flowers campaign which is an inbound campaign that includes working sales, technical support, customer service, e-mails and chat support.
