Create a basic video for the village Neighbourhood Plan

Austrey is a small village in North Warwickshire close to J11 of the M42. The Austrey Nieghbourhood Plan is part of the new Localism bill and allows the village to control its own future for planning matters. The village is small - 400 houses and we are well on the way to creating a neighbourhood plan. We think a basic video on U-tube would do more to explain the project than a huge and complicated report (which we have to do anyway) We have lots of ideas for content and don't want anything super professional or over-produced. Lots of clips of the village and its activities with a voice-over - which we can do - on the future plans. We have a small grant to do the work with about £800 allocated to a video. This is a fun community based project - more suitable for a student with ideas than a film company! Plenty of villagers available to lend a hand and video clips. Timescale is over the next 3 months - with interim stages going live as we do them.
