Meditation Corporate Pitch Video to be filmed

I am looking to have a video shot and edited here in Hong Kong. I may also require some professional photos to be taken while on shoot. I would require full rights to both the video and the photos after the shoot. The video would need to be fully edited, with sound and graphics added to the video and would need to be shot on location here in Hong Kong. I may also need people to be in the video, so models ideally of all races. The focus of the video would be me offering services to the corporate environment for meditation, mindfulness, wellbeing and reiki. Also, a space that can be provided and set up for meditation would be a plus but it isn't needed, but I would need a location for the shoot with enough space to show me guiding a meditation.
