Medieval Knights Virtual School Show

I own a business, Caton Enterprises, Ltd, that has been in business for over 30 years bringing school assemblies to schools on the English Middle Ages and classic cultures. We have shows on Medieval Knights, Medieval Falconer, Knights of the Round Table, It's Greek to Me (Greek Myths), and Ancient Egypt. Our most highly booked program is Medieval Knights and I would like to have the program videotaped to be shown virtually, (approximately 40 minute show) followed by a real time interview with one of the Knights (as an add on if the school desires this additional feature). As a business person, and having been an educator, I need to determine the number of showings for which a school can "book in," as I do not want the school to be able to copy the presentation and not hire presentations for successive years. If this would be affordable and work well, I would also like to do the same with "It's Greek to Me." I am in the Chicago suburban area, as are the actors involved in the show, and I should be able to book a venue.
