It doesn't need to be anything fancy; it really just needs to be you reading a script in a professional manner and with a green screen or blank background. For this intro, I feel the blank background would work best which is something I can provide. I also feel being dressed up with a nice button down shirt and a tie would look nice. the shot would be from the chest up.
