Hi. Can be done in no more than 10 days. Right now you don't have your final logo and you need to create it too? If yes, then add for developing logo 200$. Animation can be rendered in any format. Also what format you prefer for HD? FullHD - 1080p Broadcast standart like BBC - 720p? Also frame rate? Where you will be using your logo animation?
