Real Estate Agent using videos to build my presence on YouTube, Facebook & IG. I have two weekly housing market reports I will need edited on a weekly basis. I film using green screen. 4 - 6 mins; For edits, I will need - music, float text on screen, subtitles, quick transitions to keep the videos engaging, and B-roll. I am looking for an affordable, talented, creative video editor to make my videos engaging and tell a story. Dependable and able to edit videos in 2-3 days max. I will provide instructions and link of recent content to refer to. However, I want to work w/ an editor who shows initiative = do what looks good for the video.
