We need assistance to setup and configure a service that allows to view 4K RTSP CCTV stream in a web browser. Setup: -Source two 4K CCTV cameras -Both CCTV cameras and the server are on a local network. -The server is running OS Ubuntu 18.04. -Upon deployment, everything will run locally and will not be connected to the internet. Requirements: -4K resolution stream -Live streaming with preferable latency below 5 seconds -Simple API that allows client to: * provide RTSP url of the camera. * start, stop, restart the module. * request to take a snapshot of current camera view and save the image file locally. -Make sure the your code is editable as it will be integrated into a bigger system -You may use Kurento, Janus-gateway or alike as long as it is subscription free. Noted that the server machine is powerful and capable of handling heavy processes. Thank you
