UX Project : Learning & Assessment of large Sales Teams
$8-15 USD / hour
To manage the following processes :
a. In a class-room Training program, a smarter way to administer a test centrally by the session coordinator where the participants present can log in and appear individually via their own smart phones.
b. When individuals of a sales teams are in the market working :
--- They could be receiving small modules of learning as text, articles, videos, graphics
--- They are also required to give small simple tests.
c. All these tests can be of all types of questions, and may be time based and/or with negative marking
d. The Assessment scores of the employee are hence tracked across any type / location / format of Learning
Hence a detailed Admin Module to plan everything plus a User Module for learning and giving Tests are needed.
Also a must is a dashboard to report to the Senior Sales Management and corporate teams
There will be both a website and a mobile app development included.
