Our clients are normal people who know they need to move more and live a healthier but are stopped by something physically(knee/back problems or chronic fatigue, long COVID even Cancer) or mentally(fear of embarrassment, feeling vulnerable, don't want to be told what to do) or even financial(Too expensive, have trouble committing themselves/others, fear of failing again) or lifestyle(no time, too far, too hard to commit for long term). The good news is that all of these you can control within the program and we can provide solutions for you to execute to make it work for you or your friend. the main point is YOU need to START SOONER than later.
